1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, WhatsApp number), business details you provide, project briefs and files you upload, messages you send on the platform, and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Flutterwave) and never touch our servers.
2. How we use it
To deliver the service: preparing quotes, running projects, processing payments, sending the notifications you have enabled (email and WhatsApp), and keeping records we are legally required to retain. We do not sell your data.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers that run the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudinary (file storage), Flutterwave (payments), Resend (email), and Twilio (WhatsApp messages). Specialists assigned to your project see the information needed to deliver it.
4. Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from Settings. Personal data is anonymised immediately and fully purged within 30 days. Project and financial records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@lawrenbuild.com.
