1. The service
Lawren Build is a managed services platform. You submit a project brief, we review it and send a custom quote, and once you approve the quote and pay the deposit, our specialist team delivers the work described in the quote.
2. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid until the date stated on the quote. Work begins after a 30% deposit is paid; the remaining balance is due when the project is delivered. Payments are processed by Flutterwave. Each deliverable includes two free revisions; further revisions are billed at 5% of the project total.
3. Intellectual property
Ownership of the delivered work transfers to you on full payment. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Lawren Build. Unless you mark a project confidential, we may reference the delivered work in our portfolio.
4. Disputes and refunds
If a delivery does not match the agreed brief you may raise a dispute from the project page. Our team reviews every dispute and may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion based on the work completed.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; projects with active work, open disputes, or unpaid invoices must be closed out first.
